The correspondence between various members of the family includes letters and telegrams to Jessie from General Vasey; correspondence between Gen. Vasey and his sons; letters to Gen. Vasey from various military acquaintances: letters to Mrs Vasey from her husband's military acquaintances and a volume of correspondence from friends following the death of her husband and that of her son, George. There is a volume of correspondence with the army settling the estate of Gen. Vasey. Jessie Vasey's correspondence also includes correspondence with and for the War Widows Guild (Aust.). The papers include General Vasey's diaries, notes, military documents, official war publications and military maps, school reports, Christmas cards, auxiliary newspaper cuttings, photographs, invitations and documents pertaining to Mrs Vasey's attendance at the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II.
